Participants are advised to register by July 15, 2020. In order to minimize COVID-19 infection, there will be no onsite registration.

Virtual Registration Fees (Overseas Participants Only)

After careful consideration and comprehensive evaluation of currently available information related to the COVID-19 outbreak, to address the concerns of foreign participants who are unable to confirm their participation and to ensure the stability of the schedule, the Organizing Committee has prepared a Virtual Conference so that foreign participants can give presentations and attend online.

Methods of Payment (Domestic Participant Only)

Full payment must be paid by the deadlines. Confirmation letter will be issued upon the clearance of payment.

Internet Explorer is strongly suggested for online payment.
VISA, Master, JCB cards are accepted. Participants wishing to make card payment can settle the payment via online.

Bank Transfer

A direct bank transfer should be made to the account below. A copy of the receipt of the bank remittance should be sent to the secretariat. Bank charges for remittance should be paid by registrants. Please note that the fee has to be transferred under the registrant’s name and the name must be stated on the receipt.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation of registration should be notified in writing to the secretariat by email at ic-kpba@conventionpm.com or by fax at +82-2-2269-4380.
All refunds will be processed after the conference. Please refer to the following deadlines for cancellation.
