Dear Colleagues,

On behalf of the Korean Pancreatobiliary Association (KPBA), it is our great pleasure to welcome all of you to International Conference of the KPBA 2020 (IC-KPBA 2020) which will be held in Conrad Hotel, Seoul, Korea from August 7 to 8, 2020.

The board of KPBA and the organizing committee of IC-KPBA is preparing various programs to have a successful meeting. Eleven symposia will be delivered by internationally renowned invited speakers and also planned free paper sessions as well as live demonstration sessions. The live demonstrations will be arranged for various ERCP and EUS procedures from outstanding hospitals. This conference is an open forum for exchanging new information and ideas related to the basic and clinical sciences in the pancreatobiliary fields.

The KPBA had experienced to be a successful host of the Joint Meeting of International Association of Pancreatology and KPBA in 2013 and the International Conference of the KPBA in 2015 and 2017. Based on the experience of hosting these international meetings, we assure that our programs will be satisfied all participants and this meeting will give you an opportunity to meet old and new colleagues.

The preparation of the conference is going well as scheduled until now but as you may know, a sudden problem occurred, COVID-19.
Organizing committee has to decide to postpone the conference dates to August 7 (Fri) to August 8, 2020 for the health and safety of our participants.

We once again feel the importance of the medical system and our role in difficult times and IC-KPBA2020 will be held in August under a scheduled program.

We truly expect your active participation for the forthcoming IC-KPBA 2020 and hope to see all of you in Seoul, Korea.
